These Terms govern your use of Sportiko. By using the app or this website, you agree to them.
About Sportiko
Sportiko is a fantasy/social sports predictions app. It is for entertainment only. Virtual coins are in-app entertainment items. There is no cashout, withdrawal, exchange for money, or real-money prize of any kind.
Eligibility & age suitability
You must meet the minimum age required by your local law and by the app's age rating to use Sportiko. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws that apply to you.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your login secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Clubs and owner tools
Club owners can manage members, set up rounds, and configure club balances of virtual coins. Owners must use these tools fairly and in line with these Terms.
Virtual coins and purchases
Virtual coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for money or anything of monetary value. If purchases are enabled, they are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, cheat, harass other users, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Live scores and data may be delayed or inaccurate.
Apple
Apple is not a sponsor of, nor a participant in, any Sportiko activity. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. The standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to our EULA.

We may update these Terms. The current version and update date are available on this page.
