End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA governs your license to use the Sportiko application. It applies in addition to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple Standard EULA"). Where there is a conflict, the stricter protection for users applies.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sportiko for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, in line with the app store rules.

Nature of the app

Sportiko is a fantasy/social sports predictions app. Virtual coins are entertainment items only, with no monetary value. There is no cashout, withdrawal, exchange for money, or real-money prize.

Virtual coin purchases

If you buy virtual coins, the purchase is processed by the relevant app store. Virtual coins and club balances are licensed for in-app use and are not your property, cannot be transferred outside the app, and cannot be redeemed for money.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the app, and to comply with all applicable laws and the app store terms.

Suspension

We may suspend or revoke your license if you violate this EULA or our Terms.

Refunds

Refunds for purchases, where applicable, are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

Age suitability

You must meet the minimum age required by your local law and the app's age rating.

Apple

Apple is not a sponsor of, nor a participant in, any Sportiko activity, and is not responsible for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
