Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Sportiko affiliate program. By applying, you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate, truthful details. Sportiko may approve or decline any application, and may require identity verification before paying commission.
No self-referrals
You may not use your own code to refer yourself, accounts you control, or fake, incentivized, or bot sign-ups. Referrals must be genuine, voluntary users.
Fraud and abuse
Any fraud, abuse, spam, misleading promotion, or attempt to game the program results in forfeiture of unpaid commission and removal from the program.
Commission and payouts
Commission is a percentage of our net revenue from accounts that join with your code, paid for the lifetime of each account, subject to the tiers, minimums and payout schedule shown on the affiliate page.
Changes to the program
We may change commission rates, tiers, or program terms with reasonable prior notice. Changes are not retroactive to commission already confirmed.
Termination
Either party may end participation at any time. Confirmed commission earned before termination remains payable, subject to these terms.
